Day of Coordination
Day of Coordination services include month-of planning which helps you pull together all the final details leading to the big day. This package includes 8 - 10 hours day of event coordination.
Pre-wedding meetings to review all the wedding day information
Creation of wedding day timeline and contact lists
Full coordination of events & activities including communication with vendors, banquet coordinator, officiant, and everyone else in between
Site review prior to guest arrival
Greeting of all guests upon arrival at ceremony and reception directing guests to tables, card box, bar, restrooms, etc.
The Partial Package
The Partial package is designed for couples who have already started planning their special day and would like assistance pulling the details together.
Vendor recommendations (florist, rentals, hair/makeup, accommodations, etc.)
